01 — About

More than a decade building at the intersection of gaming, data & intelligent systems.

I'm a senior software engineer at Alchagem in Macao, applying computer vision, IoT telemetry, and data analysis to regulated casino environments, building systems that monitor, interpret, and act on what happens at the table in real time.

My work spans AI-powered table monitoring, large-scale data pipelines, cloud-native platform engineering, and a multi-chain cryptocurrency payment gateway. I design systems that ingest high-volume event streams, surface patterns, and drive automated decisions in environments where accuracy and compliance aren't optional. I co-founded PrimeGamba and personally led the DICJ gaming manufacturer licensing process, qualifying the company to develop and submit gaming systems for certification in Macao.

Previously in Hong Kong working on Mobile Wallet and FX systems.

Outside of work, I'm learning Putonghua, exploring China, and building side projects in AI, IoT, and cloud computing.

A multi-modal monitoring platform for gaming tables combining a custom-trained YOLO computer vision model with a local Qwen Vision LLM, achieving sub-second end-to-end inference with all instances running on-premise. Covers real-time anomaly detection and audit-ready event logging.

Self-developed and self-published an original slot title on Stake.com, covering the full production pipeline: custom slot math model, game design, Unity development, WebGL build optimisation, and platform integration with Stake's provably fair API. Delivered end-to-end without an external studio.
